Coleraine (Head Office)

The Coleraine branch is the ancestral home of BM Electrical Wholesale Limited, and the company Head Office. It is from this branch that the company started and from these strong foundations, flourished to the successful company it is today.

We quickly outgrew the original 5,000sqft factory basement premises at Ballycastle Road Industrial Estate and in 1998 we decided to move to bigger facilities at the same industrial estate.

At 15,000sqft, the Coleraine branch is the larger of the three branches, with over three-quarters of the area used for warehousing space. Two Mercedes Sprinter delivery vans operate an efficient delivery service from the branch.

Ballymena

The opening of the Ballymena branch in 1999 was an outward reflection of the company’s growing success.The premises, based at Pennybridge Industrial Estate, are 6,700sqft in size, with around two-thirds of this dedicated to warehousing the sizeable stock levels. Due to the success of the Ballymena operation, a mezzanine floor was added in 2004, providing an additional 3,000 sq ft of storage. The Ballymena branch is modelled on the successful Coleraine operation, with the same high levels of quality and service on offer to our loyal customers in the Ballymena branch area. We also have two Mercedes Sprinter delivery vans operating a flexible delivery service from this branch.

Derry Branch

The newest of the three branches, Derry opened on February 2008 as a satellite branch of Coleraine. With 3,500 square feet of storage, and a central location in the Springtown Industrial Estate, the branch is poised for future growth, both in the local Derry area, as far as Omagh and into Donegal.With the same extensive levels of stock, and a daily stock transfer link from Coleraine, we can also provide our customers the same level of service they have come to expect. We also have a van delivery service operating from this branch.
